I'm not sure if I've ever eaten rabbit...
I can't really see the problem with growing big rabbits to eat - it's only like cows; the cows we have today are much bigger than they were a couple of hundred years ago - all through careful farming and manipulation of the gene pool.
Quorn monsters are an entirely different subject though :)
